We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with strong industry knowledge and proven business development experience. You will leverage your existing network and connections within one or more of our core industries to build new client relationships, expand business opportunities, and collaborate closely with our recruitment consultants to deliver best-in-class service.

• Drive business growth by identifying and securing new client partnerships across AI, Biotech, Life Sciences, Medical Devices, and Semiconductors.
• Leverage industry knowledge and professional networks to generate leads, build relationships, and develop long-term strategic accounts.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring companies, understanding their talent needs and aligning them with our firm’s recruitment solutions.
• Collaborate with our recruiting team to ensure successful delivery of search projects and client satisfaction.
• Represent the firm at industry conferences, networking events, and client meetings, strengthening the company’s market presence.
• Track market trends and provide insights to shape business strategies and uncover new opportunities.

• Strong connections within at least one of our focus industries (e.g., Biotech/Life Sciences, AI, Medical Devices, Semiconductors), with established relationships with hiring decision-makers.
• Proven track record in business development, client acquisition, or sales within executive search, recruitment, or a related professional services environment.
• Demonstrated ability to open new doors, build trust, and develop long-term partnerships.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and results-driven attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-growing, international environment.
