Job Title

Job SummaryThe SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing Consultant will provide technical project management and functional expertise for SAP Ariba B&I initiatives. The role requires end‑to‑end ownership of project tasks, strong understanding of sourcing, contracting, buying and invoicing processes, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment while aligning with PST and supporting cross‑time‑zone collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Project management:
Own and drive deliverables, manage fast‑paced projects efficiently. - Technical project management with a focus on SAP Ariba B&I.
- Functional knowledge:
Understand how tools interact with processes; expertise in sourcing, contracting, buying, and invoicing. - Proactive problem solving without constant supervision or frequent escalation.
- Align with the primary time zone (PST); support other time zones as needed.
- Prior involvement in similar implementations; capability to support majority of work hours as required.
- Experience with SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing.
- Strong project management skills.
- Functional expertise in sourcing, contracting, buying, and invoicing.
- Proactive and independent work style.
