Principal Product Manager - B2C Strategy, Kuiper B2C product strategy
Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low‑latency, high‑speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
Export Control RequirementDue to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Key Job Responsibilities- Work directly with customers and operational stakeholders to define Kuiper service offerings via expertly crafted working‑backward business requirements documents that can be translated into product and engineering deliverables.
- Operate in a collaborative, analytical, and fast‑paced environment while interacting comfortably with highly technical cross‑functional teams.
- Exercise strong business judgment, dive deep into data, write clear documentation, and lead executive‑level reviews.
- Analyze and implement subscription lifecycle models with appropriate KPIs for different customer segments.
- Demonstrate deep understanding of customer needs for modern telecommunications services and possess business and operational experience within high‑scale fixed, wireless, and satellite telecommunications services targeting consumer and enterprise verticals.
- 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
- 10+ years of blending product and program management skills to execute strategic initiatives about process creation, standardization, and improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and product trade‑offs.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.

CompensationThe base pay for this position ranges from $145,700/year in our lowest geographic market to $240,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon also offers equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
