Manager, Incubation & Onboarding

Position Summary

The Onboarding Manager owns the end-to-end onboarding experience for a self-managed book of business, serving as the primary driver of successful launches and early performance. This role requires a highly self-directed professional who combines operational ownership, technical fluency, and proactive problem-solving to move work forward independently. The onboarding team supports new partners through their most critical early lifecycle stages, operating with a high degree of trust, autonomy, and accountability. Each manager independently owns a portfolio of partners while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate readiness. This role directly impacts retention, performance, and growth by ensuring partners are operationally sound, compliant, and positioned for long-term success.

• Own a self-managed book of business, supporting multiple partners through onboarding, launch, and early optimization
• Provide hands‑on tactical and technical support across setup, verification, catalog, shipping, fulfillment, and returns
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to align priorities, elevate issues, and drive timely resolution
• Proactively identify risks, performance gaps, and operational blockers before they impact success
• Act as a trusted advisor by translating tools, policies, and metrics into clear, actionable guidance

• Experience managing a portfolio or book of business with full ownership and minimal oversight
• Strong technical aptitude, including comfort navigating multiple systems and using data to drive decisions
• Proven ability to proactively resolve complex operational issues through influence and escalation
• Advanced organizational and prioritization skills in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes
