Role Description

The Sales Development / Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and forming strategic partnerships. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, nurturing relationships with schools, nonprofit organizations, and businesses, and implementing tailored campaigns to meet client needs. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics, managing sales pipelines, and collaborating with the marketing team to craft compelling value propositions.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Bellevue, WA.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client relationship management
  • Skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to create and execute strategies for revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and data‑driven sales approaches
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and critical thinking skills
  • Experience in media, publishing, or nonprofit sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
