• A bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Management Science, Statistics, Engineering, Systems Engineering and Management, or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence/engineering, data engineering, or data mining.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or consulting.
• 2+ years of experience in statistics and using data to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, including Six Sigma and/or Agile techniques.
• 2+ years of experience researching, analyzing and summarizing data into impactful business cases using SQL, Excel and Access.

The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $154,440 – $194,000 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
