- Coach and advise agency business owners on sales results and execution of the state sales plan
- Assist agency business owners in understanding district profit while respecting their autonomy in business operations
- Monitor and manage the execution of company initiatives relevant to individual agency business owners
- Build strong relationships with agency business owners and their staff while providing business expertise
- Required by state statutes to have proper insurance licensing to sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance products:
Property and Casualty and Life - Valid driver’s license required plus an acceptable driving record
- Demonstrated experience providing customer‑driven solutions, support, and service
- Prior management experience or demonstrated experience leading project teams
- Solid knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and reporting
- Previous agency experience or experience leading or influencing agency owners in the field
- Candidate should reside in the district (Seattle area)
