Job Overview
We are seeking a MAC Specialist to support workplace moves, adds, and changes by validating move requirements, performing on-site space checks, and maintaining accurate space and move data in the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). The role partners with Occupancy Planners (restacks), a Move Manager (scheduling/execution), and a Furniture Specialist (furniture standards, CAD/test‑fits, floor plan updates) to ensure moves are delivered smoothly with minimal disruption.
This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office). Primary location is Overland Park, KS, but may also consider Bellevue, WA.
Job Responsibilities- Validate move requirements for restacks (from Occupancy Planners) and smaller moves (via ticketing), ensuring complete scope details (headcount/seating, storage, specialty configurations, sequencing inputs) and resolving gaps prior to scheduling.
- Conduct physical walk‑throughs to verify room/workstation configurations, counts, and constraints align with move requirements; document discrepancies and drive resolution with Facilities, IT/AV, Security/Badging, EHS, Occupancy Planning, and the Furniture Specialist.
- Maintain accurate IWMS records for seating assignments, room/space attributes, and move transactions/status, including post‑move reconciliation and closeout to reflect delivered conditions.
- Coordinate move readiness dependencies across internal partners and provide clear status, risks, and constraints to the Move Manager and stakeholders to enable on‑time execution.
- Support non‑self move execution as needed through day‑of checks, issue triage, stakeholder updates, and rapid adjustments to records and documentation.
- Contribute to standard work (templates, checklists, controls) and recommend process/data improvements based on recurring issues and move outcomes.
- Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
- 2+ years of experience in workplace services, facilities coordination, move coordination, space management, operations support, or project coordination (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working in structured systems and maintaining accurate records (IWMS and/or ticketing systems)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, reconciliation, and basic reporting (volume, backlog, defects)
- Strong attention to detail with proven requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work on‑site as needed for space validations and move support (including occasional schedule flexibility for move events)
- Experience with an IWMS platform and space/seat assignment practices a plus
- Familiarity with occupancy planning and/or restack execution a plus
- Experience coordinating with Facilities, IT/AV, Security/Badging, and EHS in a corporate environment a plus
- At least 18 years of age

Base Pay Range: $53,300 - $96,200
Corporate Bonus Target: 10%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year‑end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
