Location:

Greater Seattle Area

Our client, a well-established construction company in the greater Seattle area, is seeking a Project Administrator / Document Control professional to support active job sites and project teams.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and understands the importance of accurate documentation and project coordination.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation

• Maintaining document control systems

• Supporting project managers and field teams

• Tracking compliance documentation and contracts

• Coordinating communication between office and job sites

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in construction administration

• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms preferred

• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
