We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to join our dynamic mid‑size law firm in downtown Bellevue. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front‑office environment. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills to support our firm’s operations and maintain.
Compensation: $25.81/hour

Key Responsibilities 1. Front Desk Management:- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating conference room bookings.
- Stuff monthly invoice envelopes for mailing with accuracy and efficiency to ensure timely delivery.
- Order files from offsite storage as needed, ensuring proper tracking and retrieval for office use.
- Keep all conference rooms clean, tidy, and ready for use, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Submit and follow up on orders for building maintenance with the building maintenance team to address issues promptly.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide information about the firm’s services.
- Ensure client confidentiality and maintain the firm’s professional image.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, including phone systems, copiers, and printers.
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
ExperiencePrevious experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office phone systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals at all levels of the organization.
This role requires full‑time, on‑site work at our downtown Bellevue office.
Business‑casual dress code with occasional formal attire for special events.
