2+ years of construction administrative experience
Experience supporting project managers and field teams
Familiarity with construction documents, RFIs, and submittals
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; construction software preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to construction project teams
Manage project documentation, RFIs, and submittals
Track contracts, change orders, and project files
Coordinate meetings and project communication
Support compliance and reporting needs
