Compensation Pay Range: $10.70 - $16.70 per hour

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the retail showroom, including execution of programs such as Related Sales, Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, Rock the Lot, and others.
• Ensure telephone calls are answered according to company policy.
• all buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly, contacting customers upon shipment arrival as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently, following procedure and using the electronic outside purchase order ledger.
• Process retail customer returns and exchanges efficiently, issuing accurate refunds with correct payment methods and staging returned merchandise correctly.
• Invoice all merchandise, including core charges and warranties, before product leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate Image Maker and merchandising tasks as assigned.
• Ensure team members adhere to posted work schedules, clocking in/out per company policy.
• Perform all store opening and closing duties, including day‑end procedures, securing money deposits, preparing bank deposits, ensuring security lights are on, locking doors, arming/disarming alarms, and securing delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.

Required:

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.

Desired:

• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts.
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
