First Direct is looking for a Business Development Representative to be responsible for prospecting, appointment setting, and following up on leads who engage in our products and convert them into customers.
Earning Potential: $100,000 Plus Per Year (Salary and Commissions)

Responsibilities- Reach out to current and potential clients to increase interest in services and product subscriptions, cold leads, qualify, and set appointments with senior sales staff.
- Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments with senior sales staff and hosting virtual presentations initially until you can do it by yourself.
- Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources.
- Make 200 outbound calls daily minimum and convert leads to customers.
- Sell out our events each month with the sales team.
- Meet daily KPI's and monthly/quarterly Sales Targets.
- Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
- Communicate the company’s value propositions to all business owners.
- Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment.
