• Generate retail sales using passion for cutting‑edge technology and exceptional customer service.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions.
• Position product insights and solution recommendations for a complete top‑down sales solution.
• Close sales with phenomenal communication skills to fulfill customer needs.
• Continuously develop through ongoing training and ups‑kill in merchandising and inventory.
• Potential to grow customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers.
• Engage with the community outside store at Verizon‑sponsored events.

Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour. Up to $16,000 per year in individual commissions if goals are met. Top performers could earn an extra $14,500 or more in commissions, making total annual earnings $65,000–$73,500+.

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Openness to pickup additional shifts during peak periods.

• Experience in commission‑based environment.
• Demonstrated sales experience.
• Customer service experience.

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Where you’ll be working: onsite at a defined location. Scheduled weekly hours: 40 hours.
