As a Bilingual Automotive Sales Consultant, your role at Beardmore is pivotal in ensuring an extraordinary guest experience. Your ability to connect with people continuously and leverage your sales experience will be invaluable. Working closely with our sales and marketing teams, you ll play a crucial role in helping our guests find their perfect vehicle, all while utilizing your bilingual skills.

While we don t offer commission on vehicle sale prices, we reward you based on the number of cars sold each month. Your primary focus is on creating a memorable guest experience and matching them with the ideal vehicle to meet their needs.

• Complete our comprehensive and ongoing sales training and personal development programs.
• Become well-versed in our products and services, including understanding sales terms, special features, return policies, and warranty terms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed team goals.
• Work alongside the marketing department to devise effective strategies.
• Keep a close eye on sales numbers and marketing metrics, tracking monthly sales rates and staying informed about the competitive landscape.
• Identify prospective customers and new target segments for our vehicles.

• Proven sales consulting experience
• Bilingual skills in Spanish are essential.
• Familiarity with CRM programs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality, sales, or the service industry is a plus.
