Automotive Parts Specialist

• Fulfill parts requests on repair orders (handling $30K-50K in sales).
• Provide quotes for technicians and service advisors.
• Collaborate with the parts manager to locate non-stocked items.
• Process special order part requests for both customers and service personnel.
• Communicate with customers on the status of parts orders.
• Handle cashiering duties.
• Perform weekly inventory counts.
• Manage shipping and receiving tasks.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, computer-based environment.
