What You'll Do
As a Home Health LPN, you'll provide direct nursing care in the home under the supervision of an RN case manager. You'll work alongside a supportive, experienced interdisciplinary team including nurses, rehab professionals, and CNAs.
Typical responsibilities include:

Delivering skilled nursing care in the home setting

Supporting patients with catheter care, wound care, and IV therapy (experience a plus)

Communicating effectively with the RN case manager and care team

Promoting patient safety, comfort, and independence

Prior home health or home visit experience is preferred, but not required.

What We're Looking For

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Active LPN license in Nebraska or a Nurse Licensure Compact state

Minimum of one year of nursing experience

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Comfortable with basic computer and laptop use

Strong problem-solving and communication skills
