Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Field Service Representative to support our E‑4B Program in Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska with regular travel to San Antonio, Texas
.
In this Field Operations position you must be willing and able (potentially on short notice) to travel to a variety of domestic and/or international locations and meet the needs of our customers. You may be required to relocate to another Field Operations location based on customer needs and/or management requirements. Specific contracts supported by Field Operations may require a deployment to a US DOD contingency operation, for which you must pass military contractor health standards.
PositionResponsibilities
- Significant experience and knowledge in aircraft maintenance procedures, practices, engineering standards and specifications for Engine Systems and APUs to support testing and repair of E‑4B systems, including system components.
- Improve customer satisfaction through frequent and open communication with all customer contacts.
- Rapidly respond to resolve customer support issues.
- Provide technical research and guidance in the resolution of field problems related to installed equipment and systems and provide over‑the‑shoulder assistance and training to the Air Force maintainers.
- Collect and provide data deliverables to maintain both internal program management requirements and contract delivery/report requirements.
- Oversee and provide advice in the identification and requisition of proper repair parts while troubleshooting.
- Provide advice and guidance on hard‑to‑obtain supply parts and support equipment.
- Provide advice on the use of Boeing Publications, special tools, handling equipment, GSE/PSE, and test equipment associated with the equipment/system.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working on aircraft engine maintenance.
- Minimum 1 year of experience on E‑4B aircraft.
- Must be able to work variable shifts including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
- Must be willing and able (potentially on short notice) to deploy/travel to a variety of locations (domestic and international) for varying durations. Failure to deploy/travel may be considered resignation.
- Must be willing and able to relocate to a variety of locations (domestic and international). Failure to relocate may be considered resignation.
- Previous experience conducting maintenance training is preferred.
- Previous field service representative experience is desired.

Summary Pay Range: $79,900 - $108,100
