The Field Operations Manager will lead and coordinate all field activities related to the deployment, installation, integration, and maintenance of wireless network infrastructure. This role is essential for ensuring high‑quality field execution, meeting project timelines, and delivering seamless RAN and network implementation for customers.

As the Field Operations Manager, you will oversee daily field operations for wireless network projects, managing technician schedules, supervising installation quality, and ensuring timely integration and troubleshooting of network elements. You will act as the primary liaison between customers, partners, and internal technical teams to finalize designs and drive efficient deployment. The role includes supporting backhaul and transmission troubleshooting, handling RMAs, training subcontractors, and representing the region in project status meetings.

You will ensure detailed documentation, identify recurring issues, and guide field teams to meet project milestones and maintain high operational standards.

• ✓ Manage daily field operations, task assignments, and technician scheduling
• ✓ Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project status updates to leadership
• ✓ Support troubleshooting of RAN, backhaul, and transmission issues
• ✓ Execute and manage the full RMA process
• ✓ Serve as the primary liaison with customers and partners for design finalization
• ✓ Coordinate with Product Design, Program Management, RF, Transport, and TAC teams
• ✓ Represent the region in project status and leadership meetings
• ✓ Identify risks, obstacles, and required short‑/long‑term mitigation steps
• ✓ Train subcontractors to enhance technical capacity and project efficiency
• ✓ Review and maintain accurate project and field documentation
• ✓ Identify and escalation systematic equipment or design issues for improvement
• ✓ Direct and support field engineers to meet milestones and ensure successful delivery

• ✓ Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or related field preferred)
• ✓ 6–10 years of experience in wireless field operations or network engineering
• ✓ Strong background in 3G/4G technologies (CDMA, EVDO, LTE/VoLTE, OFDM, IP)
• ✓ Hands‑on experience with major vendor RAN equipment (Samsung, Alcatel‑Lucent, Ericsson)
• ✓ Strong troubleshooting, leadership, and communication skills
• ✓ Ability to work in fast‑paced environments and manage teams effectively
• ✓ Proficiency with MS Office and adaptable to operational changes

• ✓ Experience with field team training or subcontractor management
• ✓ Understanding of 5G deployment practices
• ✓ Knowledge of transport/backhaul systems
• ✓ Familiarity with project management methodologies
• ✓ Experience creating or optimizing field workflows and SOPs
