Position Overview: We are looking for a dependable and professional Delivery Driver to ensure timely, compliant, and courteous delivery of medical cannabis products to our patients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about making a difference in the lives of others through exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely and promptly deliver cannabis orders to patients in accordance with all Missouri state regulations and company policies

Verify patient identification and documentation before completing deliveries

Maintain accurate delivery logs and handle transactions securely

Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and cleanliness

Communicate clearly with dispatch and support staff regarding routes, issues, or delays

Uphold a professional and compassionate demeanor during all interactions

Cross-Functional Duties:

• Serve as backup coverage for either role, depending on operational needs
• Communicate effectively between retail and delivery teams to ensure seamless coordination
• Support compliance by maintaining accurate records of both retail and delivery activities

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and deliver excellent customer service
• Reliable driving record with the ability to safely operate company vehicles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail, customer service, or delivery experience preferred
• This role requires flexibility to work retail shifts, delivery routes, weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled.
• Must maintain punctuality and consistent attendance to meet the operational needs of both roles
