Overview
Clinical Director role at JAG Physical Therapy

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
.

- Bachelors or Masters Degree required;
Doctorate degree preferred - Professional License/Certification required
- Valid CPR license
- Minimum of three years’ clinical outpatient experience and two years’ clinical supervision or clinical program development experience preferred
- Knowledge of EMR system
- Strong decision making, action orientation, and communication skills
- Team player, able to foster teamwork and maintain composure in conflict
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Meet census goals of clinic and clinicians; monitor office KPIs and patient volume; scorecard review weekly with RCD
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws in collaboration with People Operations
- Facility maintenance
- Review and approve timecards through ADP ensuring regulatory adherence for Exempt and Non-Exempt staff
- Interview/hiring in collaboration with HR
- Training and onboarding clinical staff; ongoing performance evaluation
- Address performance problems and escalate to HR when appropriate
- Monitor staff compliance and patient follow-up on low net promoter scores
- Monitor monthly budget of visits, labor, and clinical supplies
- Monitor documentation audits and Medicare compliance; track patients approaching MMR cap
- Weekly EMR schedule review; monitor unsigned notes
- Conduct weekly new patient eval audits
- Manage and approve clinic staff expenses
- Physician referral management; outreach and direct access review
- Clinical support staff expense management, scheduling, hiring/termination
- Monitor discharge policy adherence
- Monthly clinical supply ordering
- Adhere to lost patient log workflow
- Weekly call with RCD; weekly meeting with OM
