Outstanding opportunity with private EM Group in northern New Jersey! A local, Independent Emergency Medicine team staffing ED's with a combined 120,000 visits annually is now looking for one sharp additional physician to join their practice. This is a long-standing, close-knit group that has worked together for several years. Each department sees an annual patient volume of 30, and has daily overlapping physician coverage consisting of 10 and 12 hour shifts.

The physicians also enjoy scribes, strong specialty back up, an average of well under 2 patients per hour and an support from hospital leadership. This group has a democratic mentality with everyone sharing nights, weekends and holidays regardless of seniority. They also have a rare degree of stability with a contract that renews automatically only once every several years. Members of the group also sit on virtually every major hospital committee.

Compensation is very competitive with additional lucrative profit-sharing after partnership. Some partners in the group live in northern New Jersey and others choose to commute from NYC.
