Delivery Specialist - Hub – O'Reilly Auto Parts

Compensation Pay Range

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation includes annual, quarterly performance, or premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center.
• Maintain daily city route manifest and pick up and sign for stock transfers at each stop on set route.
• Keep fleet/fuel card, vehicle and keys secure; be familiar with accident report guidelines.
• Ensure designated team member at each store verifies all invoices and signs the route manifest; deliver according to schedule and report delays.
• Project a professional and personable image to maintain good customer relations; communicate problems or special needs to store management.
• Clock in/out according to company policy; check fluid levels (oil, radiator, transmission, etc.) and log mileage each day.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs immediately to store manager and secure vehicle at end of day; drive safely and defensively.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record must meet the standard set in the company's 14/18-point record system.
