• mow, cut, water, and edge lawns and trees.
• rake and blow leaves, pull and chop weeds, prune, and haul topsoil and mulch.
• plant flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• use landscaping equipment and material as required; lift required weight.
• tolerate outdoor temperatures, possibly over 90°f and below 32°f.
• work under the supervision of crew supervisors and report each morning to 15 johnson pl. Rear, belleville, il 62223.
• return to 15 johnson pl. Rear, belleville, il 62223 at the end of each day.

generally 8‑hour workdays, 40‑hour workweeks, monday to friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

wage of $19.80 to $21.80 per hour. Possible overtime available at $29.70 to $32.70 per hour.

workers will be paid no less frequently than every two weeks. A single workweek will be used to compute wages.

employer will reimburse workers who complete at least 50% of the certified work term for subsistence and travel from home to the place of employment. If relocated from outside st. Clair county and outside the st. Louis metropolitan statistical area (msa), the employer will also pay for return home transportation and subsistence costs if the worker completes the entire term of certified employment or is dismissed early.

travel reimbursement will be the lowest‑cost bus fare (and overnight lodging, if required) between the employer’s place of business in st. Clair county, illinois, and the worker’s home. Subsistence reimbursement is a cash stipend limited to a minimum of $16.28 per day and a maximum of $68.00 per day of travel plus overnight lodging, verified by receipts.

employer will also reimburse the worker for all visa, visa‑processing, border‑crossing, and other h‑2b related processing fees (excluding worker passport fees) incurred within the first week of work.

this job order is being placed in connection with a concurrently submitted application for temporary employment certification for h‑2b workers. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three‑fourths of the workdays in each 12‑week period of the total employment period.
