ResponsibilitiesAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will ensure the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act, be responsible for resident care, direction of nursing care during assigned shift, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and working with physicians and other medical professionals.
Requirements- Active, in good standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of six months of clinical experience
- Preferred:
Prior experience as an LPN in a skilled nursing facility - Current BLS/CPR certification (as required by state)
