- Supervise and delegate nursing activities.
- Help the director of nursing manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
- Evaluate performance of the nursing department and recommend improvements.
- Conduct patient rounds and address complaints.
- Monitor and train the nursing staff.
- At least 2 years experience in long-term care, preferably as ADON.
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois and in good standing.
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment (Point Click Care ).
- Ability to build rapport with patients and staff.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
Yearly salary $100,000-$120,000.
