Assistant Medical Director, Anesthesiology – Southwestern Illinois (20 miles from downtown St. Louis) Opportunity Highlights
- W-2 employed Assistant Medical Director (AMD) role for a BC anesthesiologist with leadership experience
- Lead alongside an experienced team across two hospitals
- Blend clinical care with leadership responsibilities focused on quality, OR efficiency, and team performance
- Access to leadership development, mentorship, clinical tools, and strong administrative/legal support
- Collaborative, team-based practice with national resources and best-practice support
- Support facility anesthesia leadership and day-to-day operations
- Help drive patient care quality, safety, and operational performance
- Build strong relationships with hospital partners and surgical services
- Contribute to retention, engagement, and ongoing program stability
- Competitive annual salary: $600,000
- Potential incentives may include AMD stipend and cardiac stipend (if eligible)
- 10 weeks PTO
