Full-Time Dental Hygienist - Belleville, IL Introduction
Join our dynamic and growing dental team as a Dental Hygienist with La Cross Dental in our Belleville, IL location ! In this rewarding role, you will make a meaningful impact on patients' oral health while creating a comfortable, positive, and educational experience during every visit. You will play a key role in supporting our providers, delivering exceptional care, and contributing to the smooth daily flow of our office.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide thorough dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and preventive care to patients of all ages.
- Conduct patient assessments, including charting, probing, and digital x-rays.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control protocols.
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Illinois.
- Strong communication and patient care skills.
- Attention to detail with a passion for patient education.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Experience preferred but not required—new grads are welcome to apply!
