Job Description: Service advisors play an integral role in building relationships with our customers. They are responsible for walking customers through the entire repair process, keeping them informed of their vehicle status using digital inspection software, and ensuring customer satisfaction upon departure from our store. The ideal candidate enjoys meeting new people, possesses exceptional customer service skills, and thrives in a high-intensity work environment.
Automotive experience is not required but is an asset.
Responsibilities:
- Greet every customer with a smile.
- Follow the sales process.
- Consistently and effectively sell our services without jeopardizing honesty and integrity.
- Maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere at all times.
- Communicate in person and on the phone in a clear, professional manner.
- Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing customer service activities.
- Work together as a team and assist other employees as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Dedication to exceptional customer service.
- Willingness to learn.

- Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills are essential for managing customer information and scheduling.
- Automotive Knowledge: An understanding of vehicles and repairs is an asset but not required.
