** Our BDO Canada Offices are looking for an
** Insolvency Analyst
** to join the
** Personal Debt Solutions Banking team.
** This is a replacement role, and the successful candidate will be in-office and own the following responsibilities:
* Drafting documents, letters, and various correspondence to clients
* Accurately enter documents into internal systems creating formal documents in the insolvency database
* Various other duties to assist the Personal Debt Solutions department as required including working with the local team and others within the organization
* Community outreach and use of social media to promote personal debt solutions offerings

** Your experience and education
*** You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* You must be able to liaise well with staff and outside parties
* You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* If you have a post-secondary education, it will be considered an asset but not a requirement
* If you have previous Insolvency/ Personal Debt Solutions experience, it is considered an asset but not a requirement
* Ability to stay organized within a busy work environment
* Ability to support high-level management demands with strong attention to detail
* Deadline and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently
* Exceptional time management, organization, and prioritization skills
* Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
* Due to frequent communications and interactions by email and phone with English-speaking clients in Quebec and outside of Quebec, proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this position.

* The expected range of compensation for this role is* *$36,000 to $60,000 annually.
