Our client is a well-established public accounting firm with a strong reputation for professionalism, integrity, and client service excellence. They are seeking an experienced Manager to take a key leadership role within their assurance and advisory practice.

This position is ideal for a CPA with a background in public practice who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to lead engagements, mentor staff, and provide trusted financial guidance to a diverse client base.

• Lead and manage tax,
  audit, review, and compilation engagements for private companies and not-for-profits.
• Oversee the preparation and review of corporate and personal tax returns.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members, fostering professional growth and technical development.
• Manage multiple client relationships and engagement deadlines, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to firm growth by identifying opportunities to enhance client service and operational efficiency.

• CPA designation (CA, CMA, or CGA) required.
• 3+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, including leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong working knowledge of ASPE
  , ASNFPO
  , and Canadian taxation
  .
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client service skills.
• Proficiency in Case Ware
  , Tax Prep
  , or comparable software is an asset.
