Job Overview

The Highland River Group - Ashley Furniture in Bellefontaine, OH is looking for stellar warehouse team member to join our amazing team.

This part-time position will be working half days - Tues day through Saturday - 8am to 1pm.

This position will work in our amazing Highland River Ashley Furniture store located at 2400 US Rt. 68 South, Bellefontaine, OH 43311.

Furniture Warehouse Team Members are key members of our company and are crucial contributors to the successful final steps of the sales process - preparing the furniture for our customers. Warehouse Team Members' daily work duties are the crowning achievement of all Highland River team members’ job duties.

• Loading/unloading freight
• Assemble and prepare furniture for delivery
• Work effectively independently and as a team
• Use excellent customer service and adherence to our warehouse processes to create customers for life
• Be independent and love solving problems without being managed

• The ability to have fun
• Punctuality and committed to maintaining a schedule
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Must be able to bend, stand, reach, pull, lift, and carry items from the delivery truck to the customer’s home
• Prior experience in carpentry or home maintenance will be a plus
