Summary:
- Provides care in the ambulatory setting directed toward meeting both the psychosocial and physical needs of the patient.
- Accountable for the coordination of nursing care for surgical patients, from pediatric to geriatric age groups.
- Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan and implement nursing care and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Is compatible and supportive; and a team player.
- Communicates on behalf of the patient, reflects the mission, ethics and goals of the facility, as well as the focus statement of the department.
- 2 years of PACU experience- REQUIRED
- If traveler is COVID vaccinated, include COVID card in submission- REQUIRED

- Skills checklist (within 1 year)
- Certifications - MUST be uploaded with profile (Current Nursys, BLS, ACLS - Facility will not pend certs)

Weekend Requirements : part of call
On Call Requirements : one weekend a month and one day a week through the week. Weekend call would be Friday through Sunday.
