Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming inventory items and store them in proper locations.
• Pick and pack inventory items according to the production schedule and customer specifications.
• Stage and ship inventory items according to the production schedule and customer specifications.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles including forklifts, tuggers, stock pickers, turret trucks, high‑pay pickers, pallet jacks, etc., to fulfill business/customer needs and deliveries.
• Report any problems or concerns immediately to leadership; suggest process improvements for quality/safety.
• Maintain working knowledge of production systems and perform various tasks within the system.
• Follow 5S standards and keep a clean and safe working environment in the specified area/department.
• Observe all safety precautions and wear proper personal protective equipment.
• Positions available for First, Second or Third shifts.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre‑employment physical to test ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently; ability to squat, stand, walk, twist and bend consistently for the entire work shift.
• Background check and drug test required.
