Your mission

Help build a workplace where production teams feel heard, supported, and safe—every shift, every site. From Bellefontaine to Grove City and a third Ohio plant, you will connect frontline associates and leadership through consistent HR practices, clear communication, and data‑driven decisions.

Imagine this

In the morning, you pilot a recognition initiative that lifts morale on the shop floor. Midday, you guide a manager through a fair, policy‑aligned corrective action. Later, you facilitate a focus group to surface occupational insights, then close the day by finalizing headcount analytics and monthly reports for corporate. Along the way, you model safety, uphold 5S discipline, and map a PDCA cycle to streamline onboarding.

  • Maintain rigorous compliance with federal, state, and local regulations; ensure policies and processes are followed.
  • Lead investigations and conflict resolution with discretion; deliver timely, well‑written findings and responses.
  • Advise leaders on associate counseling and corrective action consistent with company standards.

  • Drive engagement and welfare activities that foster recognition and positive culture.
  • Be a visible presence on the production floor and accessible to associates at all three Ohio locations.

  • Partner on recruiting strategies and support onboarding for every new associate.
  • Track headcount versus budget to anticipate department‑level hiring needs.
  • Support corporate citizenship initiatives that reflect our values.
  • Champion safety; immediately alert supervisors or the safety team to any concerns.
  • Interpret and apply company policies and procedures with consistency and clarity.
  • Maintain 5S standards, including cleanliness and secure management of confidential documents.
