- Licensed Therapist (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed).
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred.
