MEMCO SER is looking for EXPERIENCED commercial roofers to start ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and built-up roofs.
- Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair solutions.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Work on low-slope and flat roofs at various commercial job sites.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization on the job site.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.
- Prior commercial roofing experience
- Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (preferred)
- Willingness to travel to various job sites
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
