Premier Medical Resources is looking for a Primary Care Clinic Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring high‑quality patient care, efficient workflows, and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff, fostering teamwork and professional growth.
- Oversee patient scheduling, medical records, and communications, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient workflow.
- Deliver patient services timely, addressing concerns and optimizing the experience.
- Manage budgeting, billing, invoicing, and collections to maximize reimbursement and assist with financial reporting.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations and clinic policies.
- Maintain clinic supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Track KPIs and prepare operational reports for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with providers, vendors, and internal departments to streamline processes.
- Implement policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Ensure adequate coverage through scheduling.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Provide ongoing training to maintain compliance with industry standards.
- Optimize patient flow to reduce wait times without compromising quality.
- Secure and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
- Experience managing primary care clinics.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Track record of improving operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
- Independent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Word, and EMR systems.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, insurance billing, and reimbursement processes.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Five years of experience in a primary care setting with multiple providers.
- One year in a management role.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
