- Shape services, build and mentor a veterinary team, and practice medicine the way you know works best for your patients.
- Maintain clinical standards, workflows, and equipment to achieve high quality patient care and operational efficiency.
- DVM (or equivalent) with 5+ years post‑qualification experience.
- Eligible for Texas veterinary licensure.
- Guaranteed salary up to $200,000 plus profit share and equity.
