The Quality Assurance Dietitian leads quality management and performance improvement initiatives to ensure excellence in clinical nutrition services and food safety. This role conducts compliance and chart audits, provides technical support for electronic systems, and ensures adherence to federal, state, and organizational regulations. In addition, the position delivers nutrition therapy and education, facilitates staff training and development, and serves as a resource to support departmental and organizational goals.
Minimum QualificationsDegrees:
- Bachelor's:
Food and Nutrition or Dietetics
Licenses & Certification:
- Licensed Dietitian (TX)
- Registered Dietitian, Commission on Dietetic Registration
- Servsafe Manager
Work Experience: Three (3) Years in Clinical Nutrition, Food Service Management. Preferably in an acute care hospital setting.
