Work Mode: Onsite

• Develop, manage, retain, and grow relationships with affluent to high net worth clients (typically 1.5–5 million in investable assets).
• Generate a minimum of 4.5 million in new business each quarter and establish at least 10 new affluent client relationships per year.
• Proactively make sales calls to clients and prospects, including thorough pre‑call and post‑call planning and strategy review.
• Monitor and manage clients’ existing credit relationships by regularly reviewing the current loan portfolio.
• Identify and recommend products and services that best match clients’ financial needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with the credit underwriting team.
• Participate in community and professional activities to enhance the bank’s visibility and expand a personal network of business contacts.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key centers of influence who can provide access to potential new clients.
• Provide leadership within the private banking team while actively contributing as a collaborative team member.
• Take on special project assignments in support of the broader private banking group as needed.

• Series 7, 63, and Group 1 Insurance license.
• Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Completion of a formal credit training program.
