Schedule: 8:00 - 4:30

Location:
Bell, CA

Pay: $30-$34 /hour

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile bank statements, freight charges, and vendors
• Communicate with involved parties to resolve discrepancies
• Setting up new vendors (domestic and international)
• Year-end 1099s
• Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire payments
• Maintain organized records of AP, including vendor files, W-9s, and contact information
• Perform commission calculations, vendor invoice accruals, upcoming payment reports, and follow up on claims daily
• Issue credit memos

Requirements:

• Proven experience reconciling freight charges
• ERP system (e.g., SAP, Net Suite, Dynamics) experience
• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience (manufacturing industry preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with accounting software such as Net Suite, Quick Books, SAP, or Oracle
