Role:
Gaming Associate

Locations:
Bell Gardens, CA

Pay: $21 - $23 per hour (Additional $2/hour for late-night shifts)

Shifts:

4 days, 10 hours (Full-Time; weekend availability required; be prepared for late hours)

Training

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

• Collaborate with casino personnel and dealers
• Handle casino chips and verify game fairness and accuracy
• Promptly report any suspicious activity
• Contribute to exceptional customer service by fostering a positive, professional environment for guests and colleagues

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Proficient in mental math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
• Open availability for the casino's 24/7 hours of operation
• Ability to pass background, credit, and drug screening as required for state licensure

• Sit or stand at a gaming table for 3–4 hours at a time
• Dexterous use of hands and fingers (e.g., wrist movements, grabbing, pulling, pushing, pinching, tapping)
• Lift 5–10 pounds for chip management and bank reconciliation (location varies)
• See, speak, and hear clearly during gameplay
• Have necessary vision capabilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception)
• Ability to communicate directly and provide corrections when needed
• Stay focused and manage stress in fast-paced environments

• Pre-Interview – 30 minutes
• Final Interview – 30–45 minutes
• Orientation – 3–4 hours
