Position: Player Rewards Rep/ Customer Service (BELL GARDENS, CA. 90201)

Parkwest is seeking a Player Rewards Representative (Customer Service) that will provide five-star quality service for all patrons and peers. Think you can take your customer service to the next level? Check it out!

Responsibilities
  • Provide a variety of personalized services and information to guests.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and information about the casino facilities, amenities, and services.
  • Issue and replace players cards to new players.
  • Keep informed and disseminates information (verbal or flyers) to guests of upcoming events, tournaments and promotions.
  • Distribute/disseminate tournament calls and provides detailed and accurate information for players.
  • Performs data entry for Casino player tracking, rewards system, and marketing promotions as needed.
  • Provide recommendations for dining, entertainment, and other attractions.
  • Operate the concierge desk or service counter efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from guests.
  • Maintain a neat and organized workspace and display area for brochures, maps, and promotional materials.
  • Address guest concerns, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges with a focus on guest satisfaction and retention.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or management.
  • Collaborate with other departments, vendors, and external partners to ensure successful event execution.
  • Provide support with registration and other tasks during events.
  • Promote casino loyalty programs, rewards, and incentives to guests.
  • Explain the benefits and perks of membership and encouraging enrollment.
  • Assist guests with program inquiries, points redemption, and special offers.
  • Qualified individual must have ability to work in an intense and fast paced environment.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Must be able to pass mandatory screening including a background check and drug test.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Able to deal effectively and interact well with customers and co-workers.
  • Able to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
  • Available for full time work which may include weekends and evening scheduling; and ready for all programs and activities. Able to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
  • Able to communicate clearly with team members.
  • Requires strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Able to work within a team environment.
Education

High school diploma, G.E.D, or equivalent.

Experience

Two years of hospitality or similar environment handling high volume guest inquiries. Computer literacy a must (Microsoft Office). Excellent customer service experience required.

Physical and Mental Requirements
  • Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 25 pounds
  • Must be able to perform all essential duties with or without accommodation.
Compensation

USD $19.00/Hr.

USD $20.00/Hr.
