Lead Mitigation Technician

Paul Davis Restoration of Southwest Montana - Belgrade, MT

$28 per hour + overtime + bonuses

No restoration experience required. If you have construction, trades, military, or outdoor labor experience, we will train you.

What You'll Do

* Lead water, fire, and mold mitigation projects

* Set up and monitor drying equipment

* Remove damaged drywall, flooring, and materials

* Tarp roofs and board up structures after storms or fires

* Document jobs using photos and mobile apps

* Communicate with customers during the restoration process

* Help train and mentor technicians on the team

What We're Looking For

* Strong work ethic and positive attitude

* Construction, mitigation, or restoration experience preferred

* Leadership ability is a big plus

* Valid driver's license with clean record

* Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physical work

* Willingness to respond to emergency calls when needed

Certifications (Huge Plus)

* IICRC WRT - Water Restoration Technician

* IICRC ASD - Applied Structural Drying

* IICRC AMRT - Applied Microbial Remediation

* IICRC FSRT - Fire & Smoke Restoration
