Start your sales career in the heavy equipment rental industry with hands-on training and real-world experience as a Territory Sales Associate for our Belgrade location! In this role, you'll support revenue growth, build customer relationships, and work alongside experienced sales and operations teams.

• Learn the equipment rental business and our branch operations
• Support inside and outside sales teams with customer solutions, quotes, and negotiations
• Make sales calls to identify and qualify customer needs
• Visit job sites and attend networking or community events as a company ambassador
• Use CRM and sales tools to identify new customers and re-engage existing ones
• Contribute to revenue growth within assigned sales territory

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year of sales-related experience preferred, including door to door sales, cold calling and market research
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with digital sales tools.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and regionally for trade shows or company events.
