Shar Bert Enterprises, Inc. is a community-focused organization that has served the Bozeman and Belgrade areas for over 30 years. We operate eleven retail stores and four food and beverage outlets, and we are positioned for future growth.

We seek talented individuals to join our fulfillment team at the Bozeman Airport. This key role involves receiving and redistributing products to all restaurants and retail stores at the airport. The fulfillment team is integral to supporting our sales staff and customers daily. Join a fabulous, fun team and grow your career!

Schedule: Monday-Friday full time 6 AM-3 PM.

• Receive, distribute, replenish, and document inventory to support retail stores and restaurants inside Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport
• Meet delivery trucks and ensure all inbound shipments are received, inspected, and distributed to the right location timely and efficiently
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and business partners to provide optimal service
• Verify received shipments by comparing packing slips to purchase orders to check for accuracy
• Follow all safety procedures and comply with regulations and company policies, including handling and storage of materials
• Inspect incoming inventory for quality
• Monitor inventory levels and identify necessary replenishments
• Maintain, clean, and organize stock rooms for seamless operations
• Keep accurate records of inventory and shipment information using technology
• Stock kitchens, barista stations, servers, and bars
• Restock merchandise inside retail stores
• Collect deposits and account for proper cash handling
• Monitor and restock vending machines
• Assist area locations with change orders
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, and hand trucks to move merchandise
• Maintain a clean, professional, and safe work environment
• Drive a cargo van to procure supplies and products for airport locations
