This role offers an exciting opportunity to directly impact associate wellbeing while driving operational excellence. As a WHS Manager, you’ll be the site’s safety champion, lead our Global WHS Program implementation, and balance hands-on safety management with strategic thinking to protect our people.

You’ll lead safety compliance, conduct site audits, and analyze incident trends to target improvements.

  • Strategic Partnership & Influence – Build partnerships with Operations leadership to integrate safety into every aspect of the business. Use data analysis and risk insights to influence positive change and drive strategic decision-making. Establish yourself as a trusted advisor who balances safety with operational demands. Oversee recordkeeping, workplace organization, and WHS training programs.
