• Ensure the accurate, safe, and on‑time delivery of building materials (HVAC, insulation, roofing) to industrial, commercial, and residential sites.
• Provide quality service and support to customers.
• Inspect the loaded truck for order accuracy, comply with weight restrictions, and ensure proper securing.
• Work with customers and co‑workers to coordinate deliveries and maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate as a team to make shared decisions and build consensus.
• Meet delivery schedules while maintaining friendly and professional service.
• Adhere to the daily operations schedule and adjust to customer needs.
• Load and unload building materials for deliveries and warehouse stock.
• Properly use and maintain equipment.
• Support a fast‑paced environment with multiple projects simultaneously.
• Lead by example with first‑hand knowledge of the area of expertise.

• Acceptable driving record and a current CDL license.
• Ability to pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• 1 year of prior commercial driving experience.
• Able to lift 80 lb bundles and place them on the roof.
• Comfortable working at heights up to 4 stories.
• Able to load 3‑5 roofs per day.
• Capable of working in both hot and cold environments.
• Knowledge of roofing, HVAC, and mechanical insulation.
