Operations Support Agent Associate

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team of Operation Support Agents.

• Receiving drivers and ensuring smooth handover of shipments and materials
• Accepting and verifying undelivered shipments, and placing them in the correct designated location
• Scanning inbound and outbound materials from drivers using internal systems
• Accurately entering shipment and material data into our tracking system
• Collaborating effectively with your team, supervisor, and other operational departments
• Following Fed Ex operational procedures, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements

• Good communication and social skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict timelines
• Ability to manage own time effectively with attention to detail
